• Guide the creation of compelling marketing content tailored to target audiences.
• Analyze performance data to develop insights and refine marketing tactics.
• Manage social media presence and engagement across platforms.
• Utilize email marketing strategies to nurture leads and boost conversions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and sales initiatives.
• Administer the marketing budget, including tracking expenses and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing for campaigns to maximize effectiveness.
• Mentor and lead a marketing team to foster development and creativity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Master's degree in Business or Marketing preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in digital marketing roles, preferably in agency settings
