Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Healthcare Administrator to manage the operational aspects of our healthcare organization. You will lead administrative functions, coordinate health services, and ensure that regulations are met while fostering a positive work environment for staff and a welcoming atmosphere for patients. Applicants should have substantial experience in healthcare administration and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct and coordinate service delivery in the healthcare setting.
  • Ensure the facility complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and patient services departments.
  • Analyze financial reports and assist in resource allocation.
  • Design and implement new healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Conduct budgeting and financial planning with the finance team.
  • Develop training programs for healthcare personnel.
  • Evaluate operational efficiency and implement improvements.
  • Support data-driven decisions for operational planning.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and community partners.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Health Services Administration is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
