As an Architect at DesignBuilders Co., you will design impactful spaces that encapsulate our vision for sustainable and innovative architecture. Responsibilities

• Draft and present architectural designs to clients incorporating their feedback.
• Coordinate with engineers and other specialists to integrate building systems.
• Supervise construction sites during the building process.
• Prepare site plans, specifications, and inspection reports.
• Review and approve project plans and budgets.
• Provide solutions to emerging challenges during the construction phase.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance design skills.
• Build relationships within the community to promote projects.
• Supervise junior architects in the preparation of drawings and models.
• Advocate for sustainable building practices in all design concepts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Modelling (SketchUp, Revit)

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Project management

Certifications

• Registered Architect (RA)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
