Production Worker - Forepart Laster

Job Description

The Forepart Laster plays a crucial role in our production team, responsible for completing all operations involved in the lasting of the forepart of shoes or boots. You will ensure that the quality meets our high standards while operating machinery and trimming excess material.

Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with the design team to interpret technical drawings.
• Help in troubleshooting and solving any machinery-related issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovation.
• Assist in stock management of materials used in production.

Requirements

Education
