Patching Machine Operator

Job Description

A Patching Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining patching machines used in the manufacturing sector. The operator will ensure the machines run smoothly and efficiently, performing routine maintenance tasks and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machines before operating.
• Troubleshoot and rectify any issues during the operation.
• Document machine performance and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure product standards are met.
• Train new operators on machine operation procedures.
• Participate in regular safety drills and meetings.
• Assist in inventory management of materials used in production.
• Implement continuous improvement practices in the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification
• Certification in manufacturing processes is preferable

Experience

• Experience in quality control and inspection within manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Good hand-eye coordination

Languages

• English: Fluent
