Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager who can streamline our supply chain operations in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, overseeing inventory management, and driving initiatives to optimize logistics and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate supply chain activities across the organization.
• Guarantee the availability of materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Promote the use of analytics for improved decision-making in supply chain management.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to align supply chain goals.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain management processes.
• Continuously evaluate and refine supply chain processes for efficiency.
• Track and report on supply chain KPIs to senior management.
• Ensure staff is trained and informed about supply chain best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain logistics
