Job Description

Looking for a dedicated Mixing and Blending Machine Operator to oversee the mixing process. The successful candidate will ensure the accurate blending of chemicals and dyes, contributing to our textile production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the mixing of fabrics and chemicals to meet quality standards.
• Calibrate mixing machines to ensure they function efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials.
• Record production data and adhere to safety regulations.
• Work alongside team members to resolve any production issues quickly.
• Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in textile production is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a textile production role preferred
