Job Description

The Doughnut Processor will be responsible for the preparation of a variety of doughnut flavors, glazes, and toppings. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately for doughnut production.
  • Monitor frying process to achieve optimal doughnut quality.
  • Create exciting glazes and toppings to enhance product variety.
  • Conduct quality checks on all finished products.
  • Maintain a sanitized and tidy workspace to adhere to safety standards.
  • Provide support in managing ingredient stocks effectively.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in developing new recipes based on seasonal trends.
  • Document production processes and adhere to recipes.
  • Engage in collaboration with the Head Baker for team feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Training in food safety practices preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced bakery environment is preferred.
