The Doughnut Processor will be responsible for the preparation of a variety of doughnut flavors, glazes, and toppings. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Measure and mix ingredients accurately for doughnut production.
Monitor frying process to achieve optimal doughnut quality.
Create exciting glazes and toppings to enhance product variety.
Conduct quality checks on all finished products.
Maintain a sanitized and tidy workspace to adhere to safety standards.
Provide support in managing ingredient stocks effectively.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in developing new recipes based on seasonal trends.
Document production processes and adhere to recipes.
Engage in collaboration with the Head Baker for team feedback.
Requirements
Education
Matric or equivalent
Training in food safety practices preferred
Experience
Experience in a fast-paced bakery environment is preferred.
