Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee hotel operations in Port Elizabeth. The right candidate will ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and staff training while driving revenue and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all hotel operations and staff.
  • Prepare financial budgets and reports.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction through quality service.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Design promotional strategies for hotel facilities.
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain relationships with local businesses and partners.
  • Conduct property inspections ensuring high standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in hospitality management with a focus on guest services
