Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Veterinarian and help us provide exceptional care to animals in need. You will work collaboratively with our veterinary team to ensure the highest standard of veterinary services, including diagnostics, surgery, and preventative care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat disease and injury in animals.
• Conduct laboratory tests and interpret laboratory results.
• Provide emergency first aid to injured animals.
• Develop and implement health plans for individual animals.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
• Confer with clients about diagnostic results and recommend treatment options.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field
• Additional certifications in veterinary specialties are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a veterinary practice or clinic

Technical Skills

• Animal Behavior

Certifications

• Advanced Veterinary Care Certification

Languages

• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Treatment Experience in large animals.: Hands-on experience in treating livestock and farm animals.
• Veterinary research involvement.: Experience in veterinary research or clinical trials.
