We are seeking a Biopharma Data Analyst to join our team in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and experience within medical research. You will be responsible for interpreting complex datasets, generating reports, and providing insights that influence key decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data quality assessments and implement best practices.
• Lead discussions on data-driven strategies within project meetings.
• Prepare and present findings to senior management for decision-making.
• Maintain thorough documentation of data analysis processes and methodologies.
• Advise on data management tools and software that enhance productivity.
• Act as a mentor to junior analysts within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Epidemiology, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role with a focus on medical research

• Advanced Excel

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with Statistical Modelling Techniques: Knowledge of statistical modelling methods to interpret complex datasets.
