Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our clients in Johannesburg. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Engage with customers to build rapport and trust.
  • Monitor customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service skills.
  • Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Degree in Business Administration or Customer Service is preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support roles
