Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our support team in Johannesburg. You will interact with customers daily, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and promoting our services. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in service delivery.
  • Reach daily call and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer insights and trending issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education is an asset
Experience
  • 1-2 years experience in a call center or customer service role

Languages
  • English: Fluent
