Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families to provide support, guidance, and advocacy services. You will be essential in helping clients navigate their challenges and access the necessary resources to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to address barriers faced by clients.
• Educate clients about available resources and support systems.
• Work in collaboration with government and non-profit organizations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies.
• Support clients in crisis situations and provide immediate assistance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Master's degree in Social Work is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in social services
