Responsibilities

• Lead community meetings and service gatherings to discuss local issues.
• Oversee the administration of community grants and funding opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Engage in advocacy work to promote community interests at higher levels.
• Support mental health and wellbeing initiatives within the community.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity in all community programs.
• Act as a liaison between the community and local government representatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work is preferred
• Relevant certifications in community development are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a community-focused role.
