Responsibilities
Lead employee relations initiatives to create a positive workplace culture.
Provide HR policy guidance to management and staff.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
Support staff retention strategies and enhance the overall employee experience.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent
Postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage
Experience
5+ years experience in Human Resources, ideally as a Generalist
