Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, to foster a productive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead employee relations initiatives to create a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide HR policy guidance to management and staff.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Support staff retention strategies and enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • Postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources, ideally as a Generalist
