Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Band-Top Maker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in creating high-quality bands for various applications and have an unwavering attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality bands that meet customer specifications.
• Work with diverse materials to create unique band designs.
• Ensure all equipment is efficiently maintained and calibrated.
• Follow established processes while being adaptable to changes.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot any issues with band-making equipment or processes.
• Implement safety standards to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
• Prepare reports on production output and quality levels.
• Support a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the department.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certification or vocational training in band making is advantageous

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in band making or a related field is required.

Technical Skills

Languages
