As a Tie Sawyer, you will be responsible for cutting and shaping wooden ties for the railway construction sector. Your expertise in operating specialized sawing machinery will ensure the production of high-quality wooden products that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of sawing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adjust machines for different tie sizes and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required.
• Support team objectives by meeting production deadlines.
• Validate the quality of the finished product before dispatch.

Experience

• Experience in woodworking or carpentry is advantageous.
