As the Retail Store Manager in Pretoria, you will play a key role in driving the success of our store. You will manage staff, monitor sales performance, and maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store functions ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Optimize staffing schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to remain competitive.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in community events to promote store visibility.
• Lead training initiatives for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Collaborate with the corporate office on store policies and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or related field

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
