Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and be able to manage various HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes to fill open positions.
  • Manage onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and compliance management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
  • Develop training plans and assist in their execution.
  • Implement employee feedback mechanisms and action plans.
  • Advise management on HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Create and maintain HR documentation and reports.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through various initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a Generalist HR role
