Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to support our HR department in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will handle a variety of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement strategies. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Implement and update employee handbook and policy manuals.
  • Manage internship and apprenticeship programs.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance workplace diversity and inclusion.
  • Review and improve employee onboarding experiences.
  • Support wellness programs and initiatives for staff.
  • Assist in succession planning and talent management efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS) is favorable
