Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Officer to join our dynamic team in Durban. As a key player in our quality assurance processes, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities

• Implement and manage QA processes within the development lifecycle.
• Conduct performance and regression testing.
• Work closely with product and development teams to define QA metrics.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on product improvements.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on quality standards.
• Prepare documentation and reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Enhance and update existing testing frameworks and test cases.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Relevant QA certifications preferred (e.g., ISTQB).

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance role.
