Job Description

As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a warm welcome and an exceptional experience during their stay. Your role involves assisting with check-ins, answering inquiries, and resolving any guest complaints, all while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and friendly process.
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and provide relevant information.
  • Effectively resolve guest issues and concerns, acting as a liaison between guests and hotel management.
  • Assist in managing online reservations and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Promote hotel facilities and encourage guests to take advantage of available services.
  • Maintain logs and documents related to guest services and feedback.
  • Conduct follow-ups with guests to ensure satisfaction post-visit.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality or tourism preferred.
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality.
