Job Description

As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our employee development initiatives. Your expertise in training design and delivery will be key in facilitating continuous learning opportunities that boost employee engagement and performance. Collaborate with leaders and staff to assess training needs, and implement effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for various employee groups.
• Develop training materials and resources for online and in-person delivery.
• Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives and employee learning.
• Assist in the development of onboarding programs for new hires.
• Support leadership development initiatives to enhance managerial capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging employee feedback on learning experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or similar role

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design
• Training Facilitation
• eLearning Platforms

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Human Resources Certification (SHRM-CP or equivalent)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with performance management processes: Understanding of performance management frameworks and their integration with training.
