Job Description

As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, you will provide psychological support to management teams, helping enhance their performance to achieve organizational goals. This role will involve identifying and addressing issues surrounding team dynamics, communication, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Perform psychological assessments and offer actionable insights to improve team dynamics.
  • Develop and implement strategies tailored to the specific needs of various teams.
  • Guide management through effective decision-making processes and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in organisational restructuring projects to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's or PhD in Psychology
  • Post-graduate qualifications in Organizational Development preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational psychology and consultancy.
