Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations in Cape Town. The candidate will handle everything from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and administration, ensuring that we maintain a positive work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct recruitment and selection activities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and performance management.
• Facilitate training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise on compensation and benefits strategies.
• Lead exit interviews and analyze turnover data.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional HR certification preferred

Experience

• 5 years of relevant HR management experience

Certifications

• CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional)
