We are seeking a highly skilled Architect (Architectural Designer) to join our innovative team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and a passion for creating sustainable and innovative structures. You will work closely with clients and other team members to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative design solutions for a variety of projects.
• Work closely with clients to develop design briefs.
• Utilize architectural software for drafting and design.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Supervise construction and ensure design integrity throughout the process.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Communication

• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Registered Architect (SACAP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
