Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect (Architectural Designer) to join our innovative team in Sandton. You will work closely with clients and other team members to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through to completion.
• Prepare high-quality visual presentations for client meetings.
• Manage necessary approvals from authorities and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with the team.
• Review and approve architectural documents.
• Mentor junior architects and interns.
• Ensure the timely completion of projects without compromising on quality.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect (SACAP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
