Responsibilities

• Administer projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality standards.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment.
• Evaluate project performance and report on any variances from budget.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Professional certifications like PMP or similar preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience overseeing construction sites
