Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or IT
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in technical support

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Remote Support Tools

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Skills in scripting languages (Python, Bash): Ability to write scripts for automation.
