The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, providing preventative care, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. Responsibilities

• Perform various dental procedures including fillings and surgeries.
• Supervise and guide junior dental staff.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for patients.
• Consult with specialists for complex patient needs.
• Adhere to treatment protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Conduct educational workshops and community outreach.
• Ensure all dental equipment is well-maintained.
• Prepare reports on patient treatment plans and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery
• HPCSA registration is mandatory

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical dental practice experience

Technical Skills

• Oral surgery

Certifications

• Pediatric Dentistry Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
