Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills and be adept at providing support to our users. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to all users.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems.
  • Provide feedback on user experience to the IT department.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Relevant IT certifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles
