Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation Certificate
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is advantageous
