As an Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technologist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on lighting solutions. Your expertise will be essential in conducting site assessments and creating innovative lighting designs that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative lighting designs tailored to client needs.
• Consult with clients and project teams to establish lighting goals.
• Evaluate energy efficiency and sustainability in lighting solutions.
• Assist in product selection to meet project specifications.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of lighting systems.
• Conduct testing and make adjustments to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure project timelines are met.
• Provide input on budget preparation and project estimates.
• Participate in quality control processes for lighting projects.
• Document and update lighting design standards and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the lighting sector

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD proficiency
• Project design skills

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
