We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our vibrant team in East London. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving queries efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide accurate information will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily customer requests and issues efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
