As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Your responsibilities will include answering queries, handling complaints, and providing information about our services. Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to customers through various communication channels.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions in the system.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues to management.
  • Assist in training new staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in customer service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience
