Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Human Resources Solutions, you will execute HR processes and ensure compliance with labour laws. You will engage with employees at all levels, providing support and guidance to enhance their experience and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and facilitate orientation.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace.
  • Promote HR initiatives that align with company values and culture.
  • Oversee the administration of employee leave and absence management.
  • Implement compliance training for employees on HR policies.
  • Assist with talent management and succession planning.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Prepare documentation for performance appraisal processes.
  • Analyze trends in employee satisfaction and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with management to address HR-related challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or related fields
  • Additional HR qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
