Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and facilitate orientation.
Manage employee relations, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace.
Promote HR initiatives that align with company values and culture.
Oversee the administration of employee leave and absence management.
Implement compliance training for employees on HR policies.
Assist with talent management and succession planning.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
Prepare documentation for performance appraisal processes.
Analyze trends in employee satisfaction and recommend improvements.
Work closely with management to address HR-related challenges.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or related fields
Additional HR qualifications are a plus
