Job Description

Join us as a Recruitment Consultant where you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure we meet their staffing needs and will be instrumental in enhancing our talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create job descriptions and postings for various roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through proactive sourcing.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
• Track and manage recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Social Sciences

Experience

• 3+ years in recruitment or related field

Certifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)

• English: Fluent
