Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify organizational needs and formulate development plans.
• Design and implement talent development programs tailored to enhance skills and leadership potential.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a performance-driven culture.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on change management and employee engagement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and workshops through feedback and assessments.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to enhance personal and professional development.
• Analyze employee feedback to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.
• Manage change initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in organizational development or HR
