Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions in our vibrant Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of employment law and HR best practices, driving organizational success through effective talent management and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legislation.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution processes.
  • Assess training needs and develop relevant training initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee wellness programs to enhance workplace morale.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align HR practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention strategies.
  • Support succession planning and talent management strategies.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to boost morale.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management.
