Responsibilities

• Perform grooming tasks including trimming nails, cleaning ears, and expressing glands.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage supply inventory for grooming products and tools.
• Conduct initial assessments of pets before grooming sessions.
• Support the team in fostering a cohesive working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and share ideas for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with minor administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Certification in Animal Care or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in professional grooming
