Responsibilities

• Offer assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote client independence.
• Help clients manage their medications and appointments.
• Create a positive and supportive environment for clients.
• Encourage clients to engage in hobbies and interests.
• Participate in team meetings for care planning and review.
• Assist with mobility aids like wheelchairs or walkers as required.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Personal Care or related field
• Matriculation Certificate

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a caregiving role

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of patient care techniques
• Emergency response skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management

Certifications

• Basic Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
