Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans, focusing on specific client objectives and goals.
  • Coordinate with product teams to relay customer insights and influence product development.
  • Measure and report on customer retention and satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify potential risks in customer accounts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Enhance the customer journey by implementing feedback into processes.
  • Engage with customers to gather testimonials and case studies for marketing purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to better serve customer needs and expectations.
  • Provide input into sales strategies that align with customer success initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Additional certifications in Customer Success Management are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles
