We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to enhance our technical support team. In this role, you will assist clients with their technical queries and challenges, providing solutions that meet their needs while fostering strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support by diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining communication and follow-up on open support requests.
• Facilitate training sessions for clients on new technologies and products.
• Assist with system upgrades and application deployments as needed.
• Provide feedback on common issues to improve the overall support process.
• Develop user guides and documentation for clients to enhance their experience.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related field

Experience

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a technical support role

Technical Skills

• Hardware Troubleshooting
• Software Installation and Configuration

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with CRM systems: Knowledge in using Customer Relationship Management software to track client interactions.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems: Experience with systems like Jira or Zendesk for managing support queries.
