Job Description

We are seeking experienced Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operators to join our skilled team in Cape Town. This role involves operating machinery for bleaching and dyeing to ensure the highest quality of textile production. Candidates should have a strong background in textile manufacturing and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire dyeing and bleaching process from setup to completion.
• Monitor batch processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Provide feedback on machine performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management of dyes and chemicals.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily targets.
• Adhere to environmental regulations regarding waste disposal.
• Actively participate in training and development programs.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Tertiary qualification in textiles or engineering preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in bleaching and dyeing processes within a manufacturing environment.
