Shaper (Production Worker)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Shaper to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and modifying various products and structures to meet client specifications. Collaborating closely with team members, you will ensure that all products meet industry standards while being delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with designers and engineers to refine products.
• Assist in managing project timelines and budgets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for product improvements.
• Document production processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Industrial Design

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product design and development with a focus on shaping and fabrication

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• Prototyping

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with 3D Scanning: Familiar with 3D scanning technologies and processes.
