Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various events, ensuring each detail is perfectly executed to create memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple events simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
  • Work with the creative team to develop event concepts and themes.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure events are executed within financial parameters.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and gather input.
  • Manage event registration and attendee communication.
  • Oversee set-up, delivery, and post-event breakdown activities.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and report findings to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale events
