Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of hotel operations, from staff management to guest relations. You will ensure a high standard of service and work to continually improve the guest experience. Ideal candidates will be proactive problem solvers with a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure hotel operations are aligned with company policies and objectives.
  • Lead staff meetings to discuss performance and improvement plans.
  • Create and manage budgets, forecasting revenue streams.
  • Develop guest experience programs to enhance loyalty.
  • Monitor front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses to create partnership opportunities.
  • Address any HR-related issues among hotel staff.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends to stay competitive.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality management
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality operations
