• Supervise and manage front and back of house operations.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Utilize data analytics to track sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in hiring and training new staff members.
• Coordinate events and special functions, ensuring all arrangements are met.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments, including marketing and events.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
