Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations in our Port Elizabeth establishment. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, optimizing guest satisfaction, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all operational aspects of the restaurant, including service and back-of-house.
  • Foster a positive dining experience through quality service and ambiance.
  • Implement cost control measures to maintain profitability.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Create and manage budgets that align with business goals.
  • Plan and organize restaurant events to drive foot traffic.
  • Actively seek customer feedback and implement improvements based on input.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management
