The HR Generalist will support our HR department by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with labour laws, working closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to meet business needs.
Create and update HR documentation, including contracts and employee handbooks.
Assist in developing and implementing employee training programs.
Monitor employee performance and facilitate performance review processes.
Adhere to and promote company policies, values, and culture.
Manage employee benefits and compensation queries.
Engage with employees to ascertain job satisfaction and address concerns.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification is a plus
